Mousefelix, The Peerless was always the Peerless. The New Shenandoah became the Apache.

Growing up,I went yo the Maryland and also the Peerless, the New Shenandoah and princess. All within walking distance. I believe the Peerless started out as the Apache.

Theatre opened in early 1910.

Sam Komm didn’t enter the picture until 1938.

Wm. Sehybal, Jr. is listed on the building permit as the architect.
