On July 28, 1951, Boxoffice wrote, “The Skyline Theatre became the property of E. C. Jones of Rio Blanco, Colo., recently through a deal completed this month with Max Story, who sold his interest in the property to his partner. Jones and Story opened the theatre May 10, 1949, and continued in partnership until this July”.
The 1951 Film Daily Year Book listed three theaters for Delta: the Egyptian Theatre (658 seats), Skylite (sic, 300), and Strand Theatre (300).
