After the closure of its second location at Kowloon Bay on 30th March, 2018, Cine Art House re-opened on 27th December, 2019 for the second time at a new location at Kowloon City. On the 1st floor of Kowloon City Plaza (shop 120/123), the 220-seat cinema had three stadium seating auditoriums. It was closed on 27th August 2024.
