On Aug. 27, 1955, Boxoffice reported, “Jones Enterprises is opening a new 300-car drive-in in San Manuel, Ariz”.
The San Manuel Drive-In was included in the Motion Picture Almanacs' annual drive-in lists (spelled “San Manual”) from the 1957 edition through 1976, owner Jones Enterprise. When the MPA rebooted its drive-in list for the 1977 edition, the San Manuel was gone.

Found It!
I could not get an exact address, but a close one is S Veterans Memorial Blvd & E Avenida de Aviacion, San Manuel, AZ. The drive-in was about a quarter-mile north of this intersection on the south side of the Blvd.
Today, you can still see the ramps and outline, but nothing else remains of the drive-in.
