The 1909 Sanborn shows a theatre operating in one storefront of a large 2-story metal clad wooden commercial block. It’s likely that ‘Electric Theatre’ was not the name, but a designation used by the surveyor. This building filled most of the west side of the 200 block from the alley up to Chestnut Street. The theatre was one storefront down from the corner.
By 1912, the space was occupied by a drugstore. Long ago demolished, this corner is now home to a car wash.
