That’s Thomas Wilfred at the Brooklyn Paramount with his fabulous Clavilux Lighting Organ in 1928 with a still shot at left of the Paramount stage. Keep in mind these abstract lighting effects were in constant geometrically changing motion (see youtube video e.g.). Cool stuff!
