Located in the north of the city. The Ufa-Palast Stuttgart was opened as a modern multiplex cinema in 1996. It was operated by Heinz Riech. The cinema is part of the Ufa chain. In 2003 Marianne Riech took over operating the cinema chain. It was closed in March 202 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It was announced in May 2020 that the closure would be permanent.
