Once operated by Dubinsky Brothers, later taken over by Excellence Theatres on December 1, 1988. Carmike took it over in 1991.

As you can see from my recent photo the Petite 4 has not been demolished but has been recycled into a church.

I’m willing to bet all that ugly vinyl siding in the 2002 picture was not part of the original design.

That’s actually a rather cool looking building! Shame it burned down…
