This theatre appears on the 1910 map, in a two story brick building on the corner. This may be the remaining half of Miller’s Block, which was built sometime before 1887, or it may have been a replacement, in which case it was built after 1905. The Nickelodeon Theatre was listed in the 1914-1915 edition of American Motion Picture Directory. It had closed by 1926.
Since the 1927 map is unavailable, no more information is certain, other than that the corner is currently occupied by an ugly little modern building of cheap construction, possibly dating from the 1970’s.
