This theater appears on the 1919 Sanborn. It was located in the eastern storefront of a two story brick commercial building. The building was constructed sometime before 1905. On that map, the theater space is a piano store. In 1931 it was operating as a silent movie theatre. The Princess Theatre had closed by 1932.
No later maps seem to be available, but at some point prior to 2009, the building was demolished. The site is now a grass lot with a picnic table.
