This theater appears on the 1910 Sanborn, located in a wood fronted brick building of one story. This was likely built before 1886, and had been expanded to the rear and modified a few times. By 1905 it was home to a clothing store.
During its conversion to a theater, the previous brick front was changed to wood, and the wall separating the rear storeroom was removed. It did not remain in operation very long, and by 1921 the space is occupied by an undertaker. This building remains today, possibly used as retail, with a drab siding front.
