Per Motion Pictures News, this Robb & Rowley-United Inc. theatre opened in November 1930 with 1,200 seats. J F Jones was the manager. 1931 Film Daily Yearbook reports 750 seats, and continued to report the same number of seats until 1951. By 1957 it was operated by Rowley United Theatres Inc. The theatre was later closed and was slated for demolition in 1973 according to a June 24, 1973 article in the Palestine Herald-Press.
