Located on Tresco, one of the larger islands off the west coast of southern England, known as the Scilly Isles. The New Inn Cinema was opened by 1953 and was operated as a 16mm kinema by T.H. Williams. It was still open in 1958, but had closed by 1963.

The 4* New Inn Hotel which housed the cinema still operates in 2020.
