Moulton was served by two theatres which together spanned about a 40-year period. The Olympia and the New - turned Moulton - Theatre served the community. Because of the strong Germanic community, the Moulton Theatre played German language films and spotlighted German-centric newsreel content. Sunday morning sermons were hosted there, as well, helping its community ties. The theatre appears to have closed in 1955 when the final owner of the venue, Emil Carl Grunwald, retired.
