The Marion Theatre opened in 1943 (the earliest date I can find). The Marion Theatre was a popular movie house in the city of Hamilton that killed the New Theatre and a short-lived Drive-In that operated in 1947. The theatre operated until around the same time the nearby Ford Drive-In closed in 1958.
