The 1914 Sanborn shows a ‘Moving Picture Theatre’ located in the eastern storefront of the Knights of Pythias building, a fantastic three story structure on the courthouse square.
The building was likely constructed shortly before 1892, given its exuberant Romanesque styling. On the 1907 map, the eastern half of the ground floor is a bank. The Pythians met in a hall on the second floor.
Sadly, the later maps are not available online, but the old theater space has been the Palace Cafe for many years.

This could be the Empress Theatre which first opened as the Yale Theatre on August 25, 1913, and became the Empress in August 1916 until closing in June 1920, but I could be wrong.
