The 1950 Film Daily Year Book included Prairie Grove’s Beverly Theatre, seating 306.
The October 19, 1959 issue of Boxoffice reported that Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Jones were closing the Beverly Theatre on October 17, 1959 due to lack of business, making “the first time in almost 50 years that Prairie Grove has been without a theatre.”
