The 1910 Sanborn shows a theatre operating in the northern storefront of an old three-story brick commercial building.
This building had originally been constructed before 1885, and was divided by a central stair. The 1901 map shows this space as a Queensware store. The Orpheum Theatre was opened by March 1908. It was operated by F.L. Brown and had 9 shows a day.
The theatre did not stay long, and the 1924 map shows it once again used for retail. While the building still appears on the 1950 map, at some point it, along with the structures to the north, were badly mutilated to form a very ugly addition to the bank which is located at number 120.
