The Holiday Inn Hotel was built in the late-1970’s. A place for a movie theatre was built in the basement. The Holiday Cinemas opened in 1982. Each of the two auditoriums had a 300-seat capacity. The Holiday Cinemas have been closed for many years.
The Holiday Inn Hotel has gone through multiple rebranding/renaming over the decades. In 2021 it is known as the Baymont Hotel.

I’ve driven past this theater several times. It is next to the freeway.
The Holiday Cinemas must have operated for no more than ten years at most. A 2003 Kitsap Sun article about the building referred to “…the 35,000 square-foot space that Holiday Cinema occupied over a decade ago.” The hotel, by 2003 branded as a Howard Johnson’s, had long been using the space for storage.
Yes, Tom Moyer Luxury Theatres did not operate this theater for very long. I think it pretty much was an “under-performer” all it’s life. It was definitely nothing to write home about. It had an all Ballantyne equipment booth with mono sound in all houses. It had Ballantyne model T-25 tube amplifiers for sound.
Have driven by this place numerous times and wondered, based on the style of the marquee, if there ever was either a theatre or a drive-in on the spot at some point in time. Has the space been converted into conference halls? Curious as to what they looked like.
It had the typical Tom Moyer Luxury Theatres motif inside. Yellow, orange, and brown Soundfold drapes on the walls of the “auditoriums”.
