Truro had two twin-screen theaters in the 1980s. Alongside the Centennial Cinemas, there is also the Truro Twin Cinemas operated by Empire Theatres. I cannot find any additional information about the Truro Twin Cinemas rather than its operator and the total number of seats. Once I find more information about it, then it’ll have its own CT page.
The 1985 Canadian Film Digest Yearbook shows that the Centennial was operated by Atlantic Theatres at the time.
