This theatre appears on the 1914 Sanborn, operating in an old brick commercial building. The building was constructed sometime before 1889, and as of the 1909 map, was used as a pool room. It was 2 stories tall, although the second story only extended about 1/3 of the way back.
Strangely, the building to the north had for many years been the site of an opera house on the second floor, which would have offered more spacious accommodations.
Although it was not nearly as cramped as the other theatre to the north on the same street, this was not a successful operation. The 1919 map shows a Coca-Cola bottling plant here. The building remained in retail use, likely surviving until the construction of the ugly modern bank on the west half of the block led to the demolition of the east half for parking.
