This small theatre appears on the 1910 Sanborn, in the southern storefront of a modest commercial block. This build was constructed sometime between 1884 and 1888, and the 1905 map shows this space as a bank.
In the intervening years before the next map was created in 1921, the slightly larger Bijou Theatre had come and gone, and the much larger purpose-built Strand Theatre had opened just one block north. The 1921 map shows this space returned to retail as a bookstore.
The building survives today, quite well preserved with the exception of a remodeled roofline. The entire ground floor is today a restaurant.

Note that while this theater was operating, the address was 105. Sometime before 1921, odds and evens switched sides.
