The 1910 Sanborn shows ‘Moving Pictures’ being shown in a small wooden structure. This was a simple box, only one story tall, and was likely a cheaply-built effort to capitalize on the movie craze. The 1905 map shows this corner as an empty lot. The 1914-1915 edition of American Motion Picture Directory show a Theatro Theatre and a Theatorium. The Theatre on this page may be either one of these.

This may have been a forerunner to the later Majestic Theatre, but was certainly gone by 1919, when that theatre opened.
