This theatre appears on the 1918 map, operating in the center storefront of a row of small brick shops built to replace a similar structure destroyed by fire in August 1905. The 1909 map shows a dry goods store there.
This theatre likely did not last long, and the 1933 map shows a store there. Curiously, there seems to have been no replacement. The town may have been without a theatre until the 1939 opening of the Prince Theatre.
This was most recently a florist, but may be vacant.
Note that while the theatre was operating, Main Street was known as Canton Street. What is now Evans Street was Main Street, at least until sometime after 1933.

Based on information from Ken Roe, there was a Liberty listed in 1926, which may have been this theater if it was still in operation.
