The Ellensburg Theatre opened by 1926 and was equipped with a 2 manual/5 ranks Wurlitzer style 170 organ. By 1941 it had been renamed Mid-State Theatre and was operated by the Midstate Amusement Corp. It was still open in 1952, but had closed by 1955.
