The 1950 edition of Film Daily Year Book included the Town Hall in Ayrshire with 185 seats.
On December 3, 1955, Boxoffice reported that Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Anderson had sold their theatre in Ayrshire to Mr. and Mrs. Bob Bowman, who were new to the theatre business. The Town Hall was still open in 1957.
