This theater appears on the 1926 Sanborn, operating in a small, single story commercial space which was constructed sometime between 1904 and 1909. The 1916 map shows it as a hardware store.
This would have been a very modest space. It’s unclear when it closed, but the building today is commercial space, with a drab plastered facade.
