The B. B. Theatre was opened by 1914 at the corner of White Plains Road and E. 221st Street. In 1925 it was equipped with a United States pipe organ. By 1931 it was the B-B Theatre. It was still open in 1934, but was listed as (Closed) in 1935, 1936 & 1937 editions of Film Daily Yearbook.
In 2022 the building is in use as the Miracle Provider Church.
