Kauno Kino Centras Romuvos

The Romuvos Kino was opened in 1939. It was operated by two businessmen until it was nationalised by the State during World War II. It is the oldest operating cinema in Lithuania. In 2015 it became a member of the Europa Cinemas Group of art-house cinemas. Only the facade and foyer areas retain their original Art Deco style. Both auditoriums are basically black boxes.
