This ‘Picture Theatre’ appears on the 1913 Sanborn, in an old brick shop dating to sometime before 1886. The 1907 map shows notions being sold here.
Between 1907 and 1913, the building is lowered by two feet, likely involving the current simpler façade being added. This theatre was not a success, and the 1920 map shows a restaurant and bakery here.
Although rather dull, the building today is in excellent shape and houses a boutique.
