White City Theatre

This theatre appears on the May 1909 Sanborn, in the westernmost of three small one story brick storefronts which appear to date not too much older. The White City Theatre was located in the Clark Building and was listed in the American Motion Picture Directory 1914-1915

This would have been a very small theatre, but probably sufficient for a tiny place like Georgetown.

By the 1927 map, this had become a store, and at some point around 1970 this section got a really awful remodel. The space is currently a bar.
