Teatro Palladium

Located in the Garbatella district of Rome, near the University. The Cinema-Teatro Garbatella was opened in 1928. The facade has a neo-Classical style, while inside the auditorium is in a Streamline Moderne style. Seating is provided in orchestra level and two balconies. It was closed as the Cinema Palladium in the 1980’s.

It became a discotheque. In 2001 it was taken over by the University of Rome and opened on 15th October 2003 as a performing arts space, it is equipped to screen films.
