This theatre appears on the September 1913 Sanborn, in one of the storefronts of a large two-story brick commercial building constructed in 1892. This location had been the post office until at least 1907.
Given the remodeling to this portion of the building, and what appears to be a raised roof, this theatre may have expanded to take the western half of the building. Today, it’s exceedingly unattractive, and the entrance has been bricked over. This is incorporated into the hardware store that has its entrance to the west.

Note that the historical address would have been on 7th St, but this was renamed.
