Opened as the Idle Hour Theatre in 1911 at 2024 ½ SE Stark Street (today renumbered 8048 SE Stark Street). It went through a series of name changes: Victory Theatre (1921), Villa Theatre (1924), and briefly Tokay Theatre (1929). It did not survive the transition to sound. The building today houses the Montavilla Lumber Company.

A quick note: This building today is the Milwaukie Lumber Company, at the modern address 8048 SE Stark.
