The 1907 map shows an ‘Electric Theatre’ operating in the eastern storefront of a large three-story brick building constructed sometime after 1902.
Despite apparently not facing any competition, this theater was not a success, and the 1913 map shows a jewelry store there.
The building today is in good shape, and this space is a wine store.

Added a map view. By 1913, the space next door (a barber in this view) had become a theater. It’s possible it was the same operation.
