Another short-lived early theater, this appears on the 1910 Sanborn in an old two-story brick storefront constructed sometime before 1883. The 1901 map shows a clothing store here.
With lots of competition within a few blocks, this was not a success, and the 1916 map shows boots & shoes sold here. The building has suffered some really bad remodels, and appears to be in rather ratty shape. It is retail space.
