The February 17, 1947 issue of Motion Picture Herald reported, “Olen Wallace and Slim Manning recently opened their new 500-seat house, the Alpha Theatre in Alpharetta, Ga.”
The 1950 Film Daily Year Book included the Alpha Theatre as the only theatre in Alpharetta.
