R.G. Covington launched the Deep River Drive-In, a 1950’s era ozoner on Highway 64. Queen City Booking Agency handled the logistics of title acquisition for Mr. Covington. The drive-in is best remembered for its eye catching and creative neon attractor. The Deep River D-I ultimately went out of business and was demolished.
