The Beverly Theatre is a short-lived movie house located next door to the Princess Theatre. It opened as early as April 1922 and closed in either late-December 1922 or early-January 1923.

One of the original operators of the Beverly Theatre is A.J. Normal, who was a longtime Chicago film salesman.

As part of the 2002 renovation for the Woodstock Theatre located next door, the theater expanded into the building which previously housed the Beverley Theatre.
