The Langley Theatre opened its doors on September 9, 1933 with Ronald Colman in “The Unholy Garden” along with an unnamed Mickey Mouse cartoon, an unnamed Silly Symphonies cartoon, a newsreel, and a two-reel travelogue.
The Langley Theatre closed for the final time on June 28, 1956 with George Gobel in “The Birds and the Bees” (unknown if extras added) without a single notice from the management, but the theatre would then eventually hold on as a special events theatre until the following year.
