The 1961 Motion Picture Almanac listed the 67 Drive-In in Corning. It held 300 cars and was owned by Ann Hutchins.
In 1962, Boxoffice noted that the Memphis Film Row was visited by Mrs. Ann Hutchins, owner of the 67 Drive-In and the indoor State Theatre in Corning. She was still running both theaters in 1967.
The 67 Drive-In was still included in the MPA’s 1976 edition, but when the MPA rebooted its drive-in list in 1977, the 67 Drive-In was gone.
A 1957 aerial photo showed a drive-in on US 67 about a mile and a half north of Corning. The screen was gone by 1984. Today, nothing is left but sections of the drive-in’s looping driveways.
