This early theater appears on the 1911 Sanborn, in a small one-story brick storefront. The building was constructed between 1896 and 1901, and was typical for the era, being very deep and narrow.
No later maps are available online, but this was probably replaced by a Civic Theatre, which was itself then replaced by the New Civic Theatre.
As of 2013, the storefront was in good shape, and was used as storage for an HVAC business across the street.
