This airdome appears on the 1912 Sanborn, in a location that was an empty lot on the 1905 map. It originally consisted of a very wide but shallow wooden entry and some benches facing a fairly substantial stage.
By 1923 it is shown as ‘old’ and vacant, but there had been a remodel to a much larger wood frame building at the front of the lot. At this point, the only use was auto storage in the old stage and scenery building.
This building was demolished no later than 1925 for the construction of the Wareham Hotel, which still occupies this lot.

I wonder if the Airdome operated in conjunction with the old Opera House down the street, which was listed in the 1914-1915 American Motion Picture Directory as the “Electric Theatre, 410 Pointz Ave.?” I can imagine this being their summer location, in the days before air conditioning.
It definitely makes sense. The three existing buildings all have a Wareham tie. The hotel where the airdome was, a three story commercial building where the millinery is in the photo, and the Wareham itself.
