Located in the Prenzlauer Berg district in the east of the city centre. Built in 1902 as a community hall named Erbauung des Festsaales. Externally, the building resembled a church type building. In 1914 it converted into a 2,000-seat cinema, the Riesen-Lichtspiele. In 1925 it was rebuilt internally to the plans of architect Hans Meyer and renamed Rivoli-Filmbuhne des Nordens. Seating was provided for 1,200 with 932-seats in the orchestra and 268-seats in the balcony. In 1926 it was taken over by the Ufa chain and renamed Ufa-Palast Konigstadt. In 1932 it was briefly renamed Volkhaus Kino and then went back to its Ufa-Palast name.
It was closed in 1943, probably due to allied bomb raids on the city. It never reopened and was later demolished. A huge office block named Konigstadt Terrassen with retail at its base now stands on the site.
