The 1914 map shows a ‘picture theatre’ here. The building was a wide single story concrete block structure, divided into two storefronts. The theater was in the northern section.

It’s unknown when the theater closed, but the building was converted into some sort of retail establishment, and around 1940 it was given a facade of glazed brick. The building still existed in 2009, but the 2021 streetview shows it to have been demolished shortly before.
