Theatre

The Pace building was constructed in 1912, and was originally a clothing store. The 1933 Sanborn shows the building extended to the rear, and used as a theatre.

This may have been the Wilson Theatre, although that name does not appear in listings until much later. It was almost certainly not the Isis/Community Theatre, which was most likely the theatre at 419, now demolished.

The two story concrete block structure is in good shape today, but the usage is unclear.
