The Palace Theatre was first listed in the Independent Theatre Guide of the Los Angeles Times under Antelope Valley on January 26, 1972, with the double bill: Dean Martin in “Something Big” and Steve McQueen in “Le Mans”.
The Palace Theatre ended its run in the Independent Theatre Guide on April 29, 1984, leaving in Antelope Valley, Movies 1-4 and Movie 5-7 in Lancaster.
The location today would be approximately where the Palmdale Animal Care Center is located, about sixty miles north of Los Angeles.
