This theatre appears on the September 1914 Sanborn, in one of the storefronts of the Tipton Hotel, a large two story brick commercial block constructed in 1894. The 1906 map shows the post office located in this space.
The 1914-15 American Motion Picture Directory lists the Gem, American, and Majestic Theatres, along with a Nickelodeon and the Tipton Amusement Co. Only the Nickelodeon has a location (on Cedar Street). Whichever one this was, it was a small and cramped space, and it had closed by 1926, when only the Hardacre Theatre is listed.
The hotel building today is in good shape, and this space (the second bay from the south) is part of the offices of a local non-profit.

The weather was absolutely awful when I was in Tipton, so aside from a few bad shots of the Hardacre marquee, I have next to nothing.
There is a three story Masonic lodge just to the south that contained an opera house up through 1914, and may have been one of the theaters. The armory, which is now a really ugly car dealership, had a stage and scenery on the 1906 map, but it seems to have been gone by 1914.
