The Arc Cinema Preston is the anchor tenant in the city council’s £45million ‘Animate’ redevelopment of Preston Market. Opened by the city’s freeman and multi-time BAFTA and Oscar winner Nick Park CBE in February 2025, the cinema features two ‘Hypersense’ premium large format screens, and six medium sized auditoria, all equipped with recliner seating. Capacities range from 169 to 55 seats.
