This theater appears on the 1912 Sanborn. It was located in a two story stone building with a brick facade. This was constructed sometime between 1899 and 1905 as a dry goods store, and was rather oddly proportioned due to being built around two little wooden shacks.

The 1914-15 AMPD lists the Crescent Theatre at 408, which is obviously impossible. If that is not a typo for 400, it’s possible this was the first location of the Crescent Theater.

This entire half of the block was torn down many years ago, and the location is a parking lot.
